Spotlights are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and can decorate commercial premises or private homes. They are often found as recessed luminaires in hallways and other living spaces, in offices or in restaurants. They illuminate shop windows, are used for coherent lighting of showcases or other pieces of furniture, and form orientation lines running along staircases, for example.
