Safety and orientation with Brumberg lighting solutions

November 28, 2017

The targeted placement of Brumberg LED luminaires and individually designed lighting scenarios ensure optimum safety and orientation in the vicinity of a building. Especially in outdoor areas, potential sources of danger are visible with the help of special outdoor luminaires, and unauthorized access to the premises is also detected immediately. Brumberg's outdoor and indoor lighting systems can be integrated into all conceivable SmartHome systems at any time using the SmartLighting module.

Lighting solutions for outdoor areas

To be able to guarantee a high safety standard at all times, experts advise equipping all entrances and exits of a building either with presence detectors or with twilight sensors. Brumberg offers innovative and comprehensive outdoor luminaires for this purpose, with the help of which entrances and exits, terraces and also the balcony are ideally illuminated with wall luminaires and downlights. Brumberg offers glare-free recessed floor luminaires, bollard luminaires, recessed wall luminaires, recessed wall luminaires and light lines for outdoor lighting on building entrances, stairs and access paths. With the help of special lighting in the outdoor area by wall luminaires, wallwashers, ground spike spotlights in the garden area and recessed floor luminaires, not only a vivid play of light on the building is achieved, but also an ideal safety standard.

Presence simulation through special lighting solutions

Today, a presence simulation in a SmartHome can be controlled via the highly intelligent building technology. Here, the so-called "smart lighting management" plays an essential role. With the help of SmartHome technology, the occupants of a building can program individual lighting scenarios for each room, for individual zones in the rooms and even for entire building areas. These scenarios are automatically activated and deactivated by the SmartHome control system at different times of the day and night. To do this, the corresponding SmartLighting module simply needs to be integrated into the SmartHome's existing IP environment using an available, open API interface. The SmartHome lighting can be controlled at any time via app using the smartphone, tablet (iOs and Android) or also via the browser on the PC or laptop. The SmartLighting module from Brumberg was designed as a central control element and therefore offers two DMX outputs through which all Brumberg products are controlled. The first DMX-Out is used for the control of vitaLED® 2.0, the second DMX-Out for the control of vitaLED® 1.0, TunableWhite (single color), dim2warm and RGB.
