Renewed certification of ÖKOPROFIT® SOEST-SAUERLAND 2025.

A year full of successes.

Last year, eight companies from the Soest and Hochsauerland districts proved that sustainable business practices can make a significant contribution to climate protection. For this, they were awarded the ÖKOPROFIT® certificate by the NRW Ministry of the Environment. One of the proud recipients is BRUMBERG Leuchten GmbH & Co.

We have also been one of the certified ÖKOPROFIT® companies since 2023. From the switch to electric vehicles to the introduction of the first product line made from recycled ocean plastic - we can look back on numerous successful environmental measures.

Sustainable investments pay off.

This project round brought together participants from the districts of Soest and HSK (Hochsauerlandkreis). Together, the companies were able to save considerable amounts of energy, CO2 emissions, residual waste and water. Brumberg alone contributed significantly to these successes, saving 35.2 tons of CO2 and 16,573 kWh of energy. In total, the companies saved an impressive sum of 170,000 euros - proof that sustainable investments pay off both ecologically and financially.

We are delighted that we were once again able to celebrate our success at this year's award ceremony. We will continue to work on maintaining this success and helping to shape our future sustainably.
