New LED-Flex conductor boards
One difference from the previous boards, is that these are generally available as 24V version. The main advantage is that the voltage drop is at a voltage of 24V considerably lower than at the 12V solutions. Besides there will be more powerful boards available in the range of static color boards.
In the field of white light tones of 3.100 and 6.500 Kelvin is now also a high-performance version with 240 LEDs per meter and a consumption of 19.2 W per meter available. The use of this of course requires a corresponding circuit board thermal management. Here too are now aluminum profiles in lengths of 1.000 and 2.000 mm and include the corresponding brackets in our program. When covers are required we can deliver on demand transparent and opalescent plastic profiles that can be easily attached.
Extremely interesting is the new 2-channel flex board (Art. 15006004) which allows controlling of all color temperatures between 3.100-6.500 Kelvin. For this purpose, in addition to the usual power supply, only a 2-fold PWM interface (Art. 17501000) is required. Again, the aforementioned profiles, brackets and covers are used and provide the necessary heat dissipation.
In comparison to the former RGB boards with dynamic color control we can reach in the top approx. the double of power. Certainly we are still able to deliver the well-known 7,2W per meter version. Also for the RGB boards are accessories as aluminum profiles brackets and covers available.
Generally, all boards are supplied in rolls with a length of 5.000 mm. On request, customers can also order custom lengths, but with the IP00 version only. The assembling of printed circuit boards takes Brumberg, for a small extra charge for you. With this service a frequent source of error (short circuit caused by bad solder joints) will be minimized.
